Kaiser Tung (Principal)

From 1991 to 2011, Mr Tung worked in Hong Kong Police Force and Department of Health. He is a prosecutor on fiat since 2016 and a solicitor on the Duty Lawyers List and Legal Aid Panel. 

He advised clients facing charges or investigation by Police, ICAC, Custom & Excise Department, Immigration & the SFC. Mr Tung appears in Magistrate Courts & District Court as advocate and represents clients in High Court, Court of Appeal and Court of Final Appeal for trial, appeal and mitigation. 

He acts for clients for plea barging and bind over in trivial cases (i.e. Assault, Indecent Assault, Traffic Offences); and he handled public order cases relating to seditious publication and rioting. He also acted for clients in High Court cases (Drug Trafficking, Rape, Burglary) for bail application and defence.
